Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and service. The End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs use of the library itself and is a separate document.

The licensed unit — packs of active robots

The product is licensed as packs of actively running robots. A Backtest pack is 16 concurrently running backtest strategies; a Live pack is 1 running live or paper-trading robot. You buy whole packs and may add or drop packs from your account.

Usage-based billing

Usage is metered by the daily peak number of packs and billed at a flat rate per pack per day. Idle committed packs are not billed. Exceeding your committed packs is never blocked; the peak overage is billed at the same per-pack-per-day rate. Grid-search backtests may automatically use additional parallel robots, which are metered and billed.

Invoices, payment and suspension

An invoice is issued monthly, or sooner once accrued charges exceed the billing threshold — whichever comes first. Payment is due within one week of issuance. If an invoice is not paid, the license is suspended and, after a further grace period, revoked. Billing and billing e-mail are handled by this website; payment is processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

No expiry for metered licenses

A metered license has no fixed term or expiry date: it stays live while each issued invoice is paid. Only the free trial and bespoke licenses carry an expiry date.

No liability

The service is provided without warranty and without liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

License validation

To validate its license, the product must reach the internet at least once every 7 days; a short offline lease is tolerated between checks.
