What we store

This site stores only your e-mail address. Billing identity (name, company, VAT, country) and payment data are collected and held by Paddle as merchant of record, not by this site.

Infrastructure

Data is hosted on Google infrastructure under a data-processing agreement. An encrypted backup of the site database is kept in Google Cloud Storage with real object deletion and retention.

Cloudflare provides DNS, proxying and TLS termination for this site and for the licence server at license.solo76.trade. Because TLS terminates at the Cloudflare edge, Cloudflare processes the content of requests on their way to our servers, including the machine fingerprint and the check-in telemetry the engine sends when it validates a licence. Cloudflare acts as a processor on our behalf under its data-processing addendum.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you consent in the cookie banner. Until you consent, no analytics script is loaded and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in the solo76.consent cookie for 180 days and can be changed by clearing that cookie.

Once you consent, Google Analytics records the pages you open, the referring address, the approximate location and device derived from your request, and a randomly generated identifier held in cookies. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored. We do not send your e-mail address or any billing data to Google, and we do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Processing is carried out by Google LLC and may involve transfer outside your country; collected data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and export are available by e-mail or support ticket. Deletion spans the site database, the encrypted backup, the license server and Paddle.
